Salem's post of all of his shop toys made me jealous so i figured I'd post my two new additions.

I've been scouring Craigslist looking for a small milling machine and finally found one at a decent price within driving distance. Nothing fancy, just an older import "King Midas" Mill/Drill. It came with a set of collets and a few endmills, no vise for $600.

One thing I didn't really think through was how to move this thing around. I'm guessing it weighs about 300 pounds, definitely over 200. The guy i got it from had a nice shop and a rolling gantry with hoist so loading it into my truck wasn't a problem. I've got it on my utility trailer now and am going to borrow a buddy's engine hoist tonight to get it up on its stand.

He also had a small Craftsman metal lathe (6"X24") for $350 with several cutters. I wasn't planning on buying it but I figured I would kick myself later if i didn't so the lathe followed me home too.

Nice scores Randy! Warehouse tool in Charlotte is where I got the vise for my mill and a lot of the other little things to put it to work.

Roger that, Barry. Their Charlotte store didn't have everything I needed in stock but they are in the process of getting it shipped from Michigan to Charlotte so i can pick it up next week, just in time for the 3 day Memorial day weekend. There were very nice to deal with, especially considering I really didnt know what i needed when i emailed them. :)
