New Shop

This is great news Andy! It sounds like you have a good vision for the workflow. It may be stressful to start out, but overall this upgrade in space can only mean better productivity once you all get used to not bumping into or tripping over each other!

One question... Who will be documenting the move? Would like to see before and after pics, equipment installs, etc.

We will be running the shop from here during construction and build out. The move will take place over a weekend once the whole thing is ready. I do not anticipate any down time.

Who? I don't know. But it will be documented. I will also post before during and after pics of the current location as we clear it out.

How far away will the new location be from your existing shop? You're going to miss the aroma from chicken plant on those warm days. :barf: :)
 
This is pretty cool. Congratulations.

Just curious if anyone knows the square footage of the current shop. 6000 SF seems like a lot of work area - I'm sure you all will be happy to have room to spread out a bit.
