Consider if you rented the space next to yours. Then during a visit there was noise, dust, and extention chords deal with as you were coming down the hall with a hand truck. Most neighbors would likely complain to the front office, and soon enough, you'd be gone.

Probably a good idea for now to go from the apt.
 
JT, I thought you got hooked up with a job making guns and knives for some manufacturer?
