Here is some shots of the new shop. Just had to move the treadle hammer and that was all that was left. Got everything roughly where I want it, things will no doubt get arranged and fine tuned as I go along, but I like the layout so far. Only one outlet, so I will run one machine at a time (what I do anyway), have to run an extension cord with some splitters off of that for everything. Just have to drop some rubber mats down to keep up off the cold concrete and it is all set. I am VERY happy with it, cannot wait now to get some time in it hehe.

Congrats! But where is the wood stove for when the forge isn't going? Every good shop needs a stove, man...

Congrats looks like a nice shop. I am still doing the garage thing and am quickly running out of space.

Thanks guys, there's nothing like getting back into a place you can call your own and do your thing in!

Louis, That's just some bearded stranger :D.

I will ask my landlord about a woodstove!

Burton, I swore this time not to fill the shop up with JUNK. I left all the stuff that I do not use still in storage, and only brought in the stuff I will use.

Sam, That shop looks good. You'll have it up and running in no time. Just remeber that's not it's not junk that clutters up our shops "Their projects that need futher development".

Looks cozy Sam. Is it close to your home and or work? Glad you got situated before the snows came. What will you be doing to keep your air clean? Stay warm.

Heheh Dave, good point. Well I don't want too many non knife/sword projects that need further development cluttering up the shop:D.

69 knives hehe, THAT'S ME :D, I really am smiling in the pictures, honest:).

Phil it is only 4 minutes away from my house, and on the way home from work:D. I am not sure how I will handle dust collection and CO evacuation yet. I will forge with the door mostly or half open, and maybe a fan if need be.

Nick, why does everyone keep saying that:confused:?

Sweet! I am officially jealous! My shop has to share space with lawn equipment, houshold tools and other stuff.

Oh, well, I'm glad to see a good guy getting a good space!

Congrats on the new shop space. I was using my one-car garge, but I still had to share it with the washer and dryer and a bunch of other stuff. I ened up renting a 20 x 25 shop and having it wired up to my likeing.
