Hey guys, once again sorry for not professional pictures, this week im out of time for editing them, but still hope that the pics below do justice for the listed knife. Might post a video later (feel free to ask one if interested in buying it).

While the blade may look "simple", mastering the proportions of it by every single detail of it was very challenging: length, width, angle of the tip, space between spine and markings, depth of the markings, width of the facets of the handle, the radius of the handles ends and many more.

This blade has 140mm of length (about 5 and half) - 3mm thick at the thickest point and a gradual distal taper towards the tip.

Both spine, choil and handles ends are perfectly chamfered for your best comfort and experience of use.

The steel on this one is 14C28N which is basically a slightly improved version of AEBL. It was hardened to 61hrc and ground carefully water cooled to ensure consistent hardness across all its length.

Heat treated in a very precise kiln, extremely fine grain guaranteed.

The handle is out of a mono block A+ grade kingwood - i guess the pictures speak by itself, it is one of the top 10 heaviest woods in the planet and extremely rare. It is a true rosewood from Dalbergia genus.

It ages like fine wine. Getting slightly darker as time goes on.

The best is the grind i did on this one. While a zero grind on kitchen knives may sound scary for some, it is actually the opposite. By being zero, you will be able to slice food with the very minimal effort possible, and as long you dont use it to crack a lobster shell or something like bones, it will be fine. Out of curiosity, 14c28n have near the same toughness of springsteel 5160, so breaking of snapping this blade will be really difficult even if abused.

I consider 14c28n a stainless version of 52100, but stainless and with more edge retention.

The best feature of it is how easy is to deal with this alloy... you wont need to crack your head when resharpening it and it wont require any super ultra complex sharpening stone. At this thin behind the bevel, you will get it shaving in less than 3 minutes, literally.

This knife is one of the first of my new generation designs and was heavily inspired by the feedback of customers along this year in this forum, thank you all!

Final considerations: This is one in a lifetime purchase since this knife is one of those that will be useful in near almost all tasks in the kitchen. It is probably the one that will see more use in a daily routine (as long you dont have a family of 4 or 5+)
