Look in the yellow pages for a place that sells small electrical components such as transistors, IC's, etc. They should have it.

DOnt worry about radio shack getting rid of it, a better bet to use is a battery charger and salt water, send me an email and i will tell ya how to do it, works excellent and ya dont have to fuss with all the feric cloride mess.
