new spork for 09

Can someone verify if a spork is any good for eating noodles/spaghetti? I am wondering if the tines are too small?

I have this one also. The first time I tried it I was so frustrated that it kept folding on me while I was using it! I was going to angrily return it to REI when I figured out that you slide the horizontal brace down toward the spoon to lock it. :o Works like a champ!
