NEW Spyderco C101PDBL2 Manix2 Dark Blue S110V - Pre-Order KnifeCenter

Very cool combo. I thought I saw a few months ago somebody said this combo would be their perfect knife and I believe Sal commented on it.
 
I've been thinking about getting a Manix 2 lightweight for a while and this just might be my perfect excuse.
 
We expect a small batch in today or tomorrow that will fill the first 5-6 orders. We expect a big shipment towards the end of this week which should be enough to fill all pre-orders.
 
Is the blade the same shape and thickness as the regular manix 2? Wondering if I can do a blade swap....

Can't seem to be able to PM you , just sent a mail to support , wanted to change my order to two , but now there seems to be some confusion and it shows EIGHT ordered , please rectify as a matter of urgency!

I ordered one a few days ago. Are the ones shipping out this Friday first production? I saw a couple for sale in the individual sales forum. Not sure how first productions work. Are they only available from the Spyderco Factory Outlet or something?

Our initial batch was not "First Production" and we do not expect today's shipment to be either. Spyderco has not referenced these as being "First Production". I can confirm in a few hours once the shipment is received. Will let everyone know for sure once it's received!

These are not First Production. Actually I'm not aware of First Productions that are available for Spyderco. The knife is exactly as pictured on our website.

We get First Production Runs of Benchmade but do not recall this being the case for Spyderco.
