New Spyderco K05 SE for K09 paring

I have either a red or black SE K05 kitchen knife to trade for a new K09 Paring knife. They don't have a box, a simple paper sheath covers the blade.
Please allow me time to reply. I check here once a day and I can only access my email from home.
