*NEW spyderNation open sign up thread"

Read the introduction post. I tend to read posts thoroughly rather than throw in my two cents on posts. My posts therefore are lacking. I'm a fresh member on spyder.com forum and will be more active both on Blade Forums and Spyderco.com in coming days. In my opinion, Spyderco knives are the end-all-be-all of production cutlery. Nothing else compares. My three favorite models appear below:
 
You don't see a lot of love for the roc-lobster, nice to see one around. Would you like to reserve a number, or?

General Requirements to join:
1) Must own at least one Spyderco. Multiple Spydie owner
2) Have at least 50 posts on the Spyderco sub-forum. Exceptions will be made at an as per case basis. Generally, Basic or above members with 3 years of membership on BF but do not post often at all and find it difficult to reach 50 posts, may be eligible to skip #2 requirement. I’ll be charged with deciding who qualifies or not at least for now. I wont be out to turn anyone down so let me know your case. Also, Spyderco.com forum posts, count into the 50 subforum posts. 71 not including this one.


How to sign up:

3. State that you have read Introduction thread in its entirety on your post. Read it in its entirety.
4. State your combined post total between the Spyderco sub-forum, and the Spyderco.com forum. 71 here, 0 on the Spyderco site (I do read it though, just haven't registered.)
5. Share a picture of your Spyderco knife/knives See below. Also see pg 149 & 150 of "Post your Spyderco Pics" thread.
6. Request your number. You may request to have a number reserved but you must complete requirements in a reasonable amount of time. 404 please.
7. If you request an exception for requirement #2, do so and PM/email me with your case. n/a
8. Once you are cleared, you get a welcome post. Great! :)
9. Become part of the group page, after you get welcome you're post right here. OK.

I am not by nature a joiner but Spyderco is a exceptional product and sets the tone for an exceptional and very easy to participate in forum. I was about to ask how I could find out how many Spydie threads or posts I have submitted but I figured that out. So now only 25 to go. Looking forward to my sign up day. Meanwhile back to the forum… :)

Hey tg... What's that gray fixed blade and what's the handle made of? It looks like it got's some good ergo's and I like it. Is it a custom?
