That's not too hard to fix. If the G10 model is like the other one, it simply requires a couple of holes. There are nuts in the back of the scale that the clip screws go into. All you need to do is make a new countersink and plug them in. About 5 minutes of work.
NDJeep, the OD-1 uses a flipper-type opening. The flipper is not part of blade, it operates by camming mechanism. This results in less angular travel on the flipper than on the blade. Your finger stays on the flipper throughout the opening motion.
