New Strider Questions about fit and finish

Congrats !
I got one just like it , I had to hunt down a stonewashed SnG.

I have 2 Strider folders, an older SnG CC and a newer Strider SMF Lego. Both were solid out of the bag. The SnG developed some lock rock, but it's nothing that can't be fixed with a trip back to the shop. The newer SMF is solid, sharp as can be, no problems to speak of. The only thing I would say, is there are some slight rub marks on the Ti side. But, i'm fine with it.

Definitely. If I were to get the SMF, I'd get the CC version.

I don't think I'm man enough to jump straight to the SMF first, so I'll cautiously introduce myself to Strider with the SnG.

I've got both the SnG and SMF and I like the SnG better.
You don't get much more blade on an SMF for the increase in size.

Hahah gotcha. It is a cool knife. Ive never held one or seen one in person until i ordered this one. I do like it. Smooth, different looking and heres a bonus, it cuts stuff!

If you bend the pocket clip until it touches the Ti, I think you will find it too difficult to get it in and out of your pocket. One side of the stop pin is "worn", for lack of a better word, because they are press fit. The sharpness seems to vary, honestly. Every blade is hand sharpened, so there will be some variation. I'm used to wicked edges on my blades though...so I'm spoiled.

yea i got a wicked edge. just put a killer edge on it. And I was showing my friend how to open it with one hand and i sliced the top of my pinky open to the fat. (we have been drinking) Little super glue and im good to go!

drinking and knives are a bad combo! anyway I got one myself recently (exact same as yours but brown G10) and I've been carrying it ever since. Great lock up.

Drinking and Guns are a really bad combo so i stay away from that. Well I did have a major accident with drinking and sharpening. down to the muscle in my hand. That was a bad one!
