The SS30 (3" lockback, drop point blade and the SS627, 2 5/8" double blade) are shown as new issues in the 2000 catalog.

However, the SS627 is also shown as a new issue in the 1983 catalog also, along with the SS648 (3 1/4" three bladed 3rd Generation series)

The AAPK website is a good place to look up what years each pattern was issued, and introduced. I found these under the "Newer Schrade Models"
