New to convex grind. How about a strop (and paste) recommendation?

I'd like to gently keep a Mnandi and an Insingo nasty sharp. Any good sources for strop (& paste) ?
Or does it matter?
I'm here to learn.
 
I have the bark river/knives ship free strop. it came with grey and green compounds and does a great job of keeping my knives sharp.
 
I use the Bark River strop/ compounds too. It works great! Unless you're really wailing on your knife, the strop is all you need to keep it sharp.

My Brit friends sing the praises of Longstrider strops, but I'm not sure I want to pay the freight. :)

Since you said you were new to the grind,I will point out that what you actually have is a hollow grind that comes with a convex edge from the factory( you may or may not have known that).You can maintain that edge by stropping if you keep on it and not let the blade get dull. The Bark river system is very well liked. I personally use a strop I picked up from Lee valley with a bit of Flitz paste. I have heard of some just using auto rubbing compound.
 
I just use a board with a bit of old jeans stuck to it with green compound. I used to carry one like it in the back of my truck for the axe and knives during my forestry days.
 
I have one convex edged knife in O2. The maker recommended stropping using sandpaper backed with leather on a board. I keep a coarse edge on the knife with 400 or 600 grit sandpaper on top of cardboard instead.

Another,but like method is to attach a piece of mouse pad to wood and pin (by some method-there are a few) sandpaper over the mouse pad. Then you just strop your way to a sharp convex edge. Grits can be adjusted as needed from course to fine.
