Should I be able to PM someone? If so, I need help. I can only find a place to email someone. I currently have 10 posts.

Welcome to BF, Chris. You have to be a paying member to send or receive PMs. As a registered user, you can use the email feature if the person you want to contact has it enabled. If it isn't enabled you can leave a Visitor Message in that person's profile. Visitor Messages can be viewed by anyone though, so if it's a private matter you may be better off asking that person to contact you by email depending on the situation.
