New to gec ?

It's amazing how many ss blades I have.i was going through the user's over the years and besides my mora hunting knife they were all Stainless.except my case medium jack(wife gave me heck for cutting my sandwich with a dirty knife)it was clean as can be,it was carbon.the reason none of our kitchen knives are carbon,wife can't deal with it.
