Hi Everyone. I'm new to knifemaking. I took a weeklong class recently and have to say I'm hooked. i' m beginning to assemble some of the tools/equipment I'll be needing. I'm looking for advice on what 2" belt grinder to buy. At the class I used both a KMG and Wilton, but recently I've seen a product called the Jancy RadiusMaster. The web site has a video and It looks really good to me. Does anyone out there have experience with it and what are your recommendations. Thanx

Came up with that on Yahoo :)

Looks like a pretty versatile machine from the video. I like the tilt feature, and the variety of wheels looks promising. Main question is how well will it all hold up ? I don't have any experience with the brand, so I can't say much about it.
1.5hp is good, and with it tipping the scales at over 100lbs for the grinder+stand, I'd say its probably pretty sturdy and should run smooth. Biggest complaint I can come up with after a quick look is that it takes 2"X48" belts. I'd rather have 2X72
