Scored this saw on Craigslist, it is a Wells 58B portable, nice and small.

Those are great lil saws. Afaik parts are still available for most models, so they're pretty easy to do a total restore job. You just need to rig up a coolant system, which is pretty easy to do with a 5gal bucket and a HF submersible pump and some tubing. Mounta tray and a return, and you're in business.
 
I did not need new tires Machine1960, these are never flats.

Javan, yes parts are available for every wells model back to 1933. coolant setups SUCK, never seen one that wasn't crap and thats using 100$ saws up to 4000$ saws, doubt the HF pump would last and not be a frustrating mess maker. I'll brush coolant or spray oil while cutting if needed, but not hardly ever needed.
