New-to-me Sterile Camillus? BK9

The only Becker knives intentionally produced without stamps would have been the salesmen's samples, usually rushed through just before the SHOT Show. (The stamps never seemed to arrive in time, so I would walk through a dozen or so blades).
These samples, however, would have been powder coated.

You likely have a blade that was lying around the factory (think grinding Blue Piece) that someone put handles on & sharpened as the ship sank.
It does appear to have been factory sharpened.

Okay, Thanks, Phil.

There we have, straight from the most likely person to know... It's, probably, a late run refugee. So the good news is that it's real and will work just fine and will never snap at the stamp since it doesn't have one. (Not that many of them ever did...just a few.) :D:D:D

Hehe...
I miss my Camillus 9. The little bit of extra thickness is nice.
I'd love to find an unstamped model! Congrats on yours. Nice find.
Just don't enter the chopping contest at Beckerwest and you should be fine. :D
That was so crazy seeing a Camillus 9 break in back to back competitions...
I'm glad Ka-bar has gone to the laser etching now. It takes any chance of stress fractures, due to stamping, out of the equation.
