New to this great site. Collection and intro.

Wait wait wait. you have 5 rosewood knives. Am i missing one?!
And the rose wood knives are gorgeous. Might have to keep an eye out for them!
I don't have a 110 yet. might be a good year to get one. With that said, i don't think i would EDC one. I know this is going to sound very poser-esque, but i want a EDC with a pocket clip that looks cool. But while i am at it, i want one that will stand the test of time. Not just look nice.
 
I have a very impulsive personality. And with paypal and the convenience of one click buying i get into trouble sometimes. I am trying to have self control. You folks don't help!
 
Welcome Josh. I think Spyderco makes a great knife. Their corporate offices are 48 miles from my house down the 'hogback' between Boulder and Golden. Their showroom is half Spyder and half Randall and the Ameri Spyders are made right there in the shopworks next door. If you ever get to Colorado you have to visit them. The Hannibal Lector Karambit is worth the trip alone. Fantastic folks.
That being said I'm a big fan of Benchmade. My EDC is a dual combo of a 162 fixed and a 550HG in my pocket. I just picked up a 375 Adamas in OD just for the D2. I have a 915 Triage in the truck box. The Axis folder you picked out is a great folding knife. Can't go wrong there.
You said you're 24 and like quality. Either BM or Spyder can certainly fit the bill. Be prepared as you already know, the knife addiction is highly contagious AND can get expensive especially when your hobby starts leading you into the custom arena. But a good knife is a good friend like many of the fine folks on this forum. There is no shelf life on quality. A good quality well made knife is a lifetime investment you can share with your children's children's children. Again Welcome aboard...:D
 
I wanted a folder in the worst way. With tax season being here, i decided to play it safe for now and not break the bank, so i ordered a Rat 2 with a satin blade and brown scales. I'm excited to see what 32.99 gets.
