A ParaMilitary2 with G-10 scales is a great choice. If you can't find the S110V version with dark blue G-10 (C81GPDBL2) that S35VN with brown G-10 (C81GPBN2) or a dealer-exclusive XHP DLC blade with orange G-10 (C81GPORBK2) are great alternatives.

I see you email address, did you play at KU? My wife was recruited there, but she ended up at Notre Dame. She carries a spyderco 95% of the time, you should get yourself one also.
