New to Traditional Folders---My First Acquisitions

Nice variety there. Where did you find the bulldog 1/2 congress. I've been happy with the 'smaller' secondary on jacks, peanuts, etc. Having two options seems like a winner to me.

Great collection you've got there! I really like the #25 drop point jack, I think I may just pick one up for myself.

WOW... That's one fine bunch of knives! I really like the pattern spread. Makes for a good collection in my book. A well rounded collection for sure and an eye for quality

That's a nice bunch of knives there Andrew.

I bet I know where you got that GEC #33, and now I'm wishing I had gotten it when I had the chance. ;)

Thanks again to all for the kind words about my little group. I am honored that so many knowledgeable veterans stopped by to have a look and leave some encouraging comments.

I think it's safe to say your well a head of the average 1 st grader in collecting knives! Wow; very nice knives, and welcome aboard!

I liked Andrew's little German Eye Half Congress so much that I just had to have one for myself.
Andrew was kind enough to let me know where he got his so I pulled the trigger and mine arrived today.

My disposable income is somewhat limited right now because I have some customs coming soon that I have to pay for but this little bugger slid right into by budget's comfort zone. Andrew's pics are much better than mine but here she is.

Thanks, Andrew, for introducing me to the pattern! Sweet little knife!

Rick, great pics of the Half Congress! So glad you like it, and I hope it serves you well.

Cheers,

Andrew

Duncan, I did a lot of that buy'n ones I shouldn't have, but I liked them just the same. I'm doing a bit better now since I joined this forum and learned a bit from the old hands and those with better eyes than mine.

Andrew, that's a great group of knives!!! I like the #89 and the Eye brand half congress. Just beautiful.
