New tool for the woodline

I don't really mind the color. I like the blade a lot, as it is suited toward chopping. :D

Finally got it out for a little bit of cutting :) Works great! The blade just flows into the cuts. I found a bunch of alder that was down and went to work on the limbs. The chopper made it's way through everything from the softer "fresh" stuff to the older dried up and hard limbs and roots. It is hard to describe but this blade has a natural feel to it in my hand that I really like :D

Very few folks do like the greenish color :( That's why I chose it for my own user :) I love the material though. It finishes out smooth but the exposed fibers give it a grip similar to heavily sand blasted canvas micarta.

In a survival tool, form should always follow function.

Beautiful chopper, Bill.

very nice chopper there. I agree with most that that particular color is not my fave, but I also like colors that others think are off.

what I really like is that rounded, bigger hind end on it. Lots of grip.
