Gradall5200, you're on the list. Now to see if UPS can find my house! Will check back in here Monday night.

Sorry for the thread necromancy here, but it is the quickest way to contact everyone. So far, I've yet to find a blade for the bandsaw that will make it through the track (heck, I've yet to make it through the track!). Any ideas?

How about an abrasive (metal cutting) wheel in a skill saw? Or an angle grinder?

If you've got a machinery rental place nearby , you might try renting a gas powered cutter. Looks like a chainsaw but has a large cutting wheel in place of the bar. They make quick work of just about anything. Just be sure to ask if the wheels are for metal cutting, they may have different ones for different jobs. Also be sure to wear eye protection.

Two emails back at you Don.
Let me know if they don't come through.
I have been having problems with my email program.

Um, :o the local Fire Department has requested I not be allowed to use a torch anymore . . . something about the "unreasonable frequency of fires . . ." Heck, a couple of them about had kittens when they found out I showed some of the kids how to forge-weld.

I'm looking into abrasive means of cutting now, as time allows.
