Jim, I'm working on that. 1/16" End Mill is what most use. Theres some great pics of Tony Bose using one on his site.

1/32" end mill will work better

BTW..the link up there is the most amazing tutorial I have ever seen.

Also, I know it is just an example but...do the cut out and inlay BEFORE you put the knife together.
