I feel like I should give credit when credit is due.......I just took a tour of the new Arrowhead factory (United) near my home with my knife club. It is a branch of United from what I was told, and it was very well done to say the least.
I was very impressed with the equipment they had like laser, liquid cutters etc.. and LOTS more goodies.
No I'm not making this up and I have NO connection to them, it really surprised me after hearing several negative things said about United being said here.
Though I have collected knives for around thirty years and really never saw anything bad about the early United stag/bone folders I had put back.
I was told that 154CM was being used quite often, and I saw lots of brass bushings etc............to be used in pivots..........
After I went through, I found this link below,......I was again impressed.
I will say this, I think these people are serious about trying to make their knives right, at least thats the impression I got.
