Buck has a new web site that's nice. Only thing is the web special page is gone,it will be missed:( The daily hunt for build outs is over.

The WEB SPECIALS page is there now. Hurray!! Looks to have the same items as before.
Perhaps features are being put up in stages.

The website is definitely slicked up quite a bit but I'm not seeing any new content or availability of knives that were not available on the website before. I'm still waiting for the 120 Cocobola to become available .....

Hmm. It won't let me log in. I get a message that says email not recognized. How do you access the Pro Site?

I went ahead and created a new account, but there is no place to enter your BCCI number or register for the Pro Site, or anything similar to it. There is just the website and no way to access any of your old Pro Site info, or anyway to create new.

The email they sent out weeks ago, said they would contact us with new login information when they have it ready.
So hopefully that happens soon :)

I never got that email. Did anyone else not get it?
I know my membership is payed thru October.

No, I don't remember that email either. Of course that means nothing. My memory isn't very good these days.

Much easier to navigate!! I like the new site a lot better.

I did notice some price changes in the Custom Shop. I only noticed because I purchased two laminated walnut knives about a week ago. Those would cost me more today, but the stag (not called Sambar stag anymore) came down in price quite a bit.
I got excited about ordering two 112's to match the two 110's I ordered last week until I saw they don't offer the 112's in NS bolsters.

Way to go Buck!! :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

I prefer the brass on the 112 and 110 so works for me. Ordering a 112 when funds become available.

Will contact our personal Buck Rep. (AKA Larry Oden) and see if he will comment on Pro-Site so our world will go on.

All,
I do not know a thing about the Buck website nor about the discounts they give club members. I guess because I am a Buck Knives dealer, I just have never had an inclination to mess with it. I am sure they will get it operable soon. Since the new website just came up, they have hardly had time to assess what needs to be tweaked.

Here is the text from the email they sent back in June :)

"Good news! We are building a new website!

That would be great if i had received that email...now for my sob story I have not wanted to post my problem with Buck and my pro account but I guess it is about time..here goes

Shorthy after I purchased my membership i had to change my email from XXX@verizon.net to something new@ hotmail.com. I notified the collector club as well as BUCK because there was no way to change my email at Buck. 6 plus emails have gone unanswered and of course the collectors club cannot change anything at the factory...so I do not receive order confirmations emails or any newsletters or updates. So this may I planned a vacation in Idaho and spoke to the reception desk about this issue and was told to talk to someone in the store. The store folks said they could do nothing and this was a club matter ( I don't believe this is a club matter) so if any of you have made it thru this what do I do next..have I lost my lifetime membership benefits? And yes I did send a note to Joe

After you hear on here that the new prosite is active, I would pursue it again.

Check out the BCCI sticky at the top of the list of threads, I believe I read about folks having that same issue, and eventually getting it resolved.
It is a matter of contacting the right person at Buck, but after they get the new prosite working.

For the club stuff, maybe try emailing the club president, he was super helpful when I had questions :)

Oh.... and..... Howdy Neighbor! (From Lancaster)..... 2 of my Springer Spaniels came from Hesperia :)
