Anyone out there know the knife laws in New Zealand? I'm going there later in the year. I was planning on bringing a spyderco paramilitary for city carry and possibly thinking about bringing a CRK Shadow III or similar fixed blade for hiking/fishing. I'm spoiled in the us because I'm an LEO and can pretty much carry whatever whenever...but when I'm abroad I still like having both the utility and protection of a good knife.
