New zt 0200

Congrats that is a mean looking knife! I love the 200. For some reason it just never seems to make it into my rotation. Enjoy it! Post pics after you stonewash it please!!!

Stonewashed, you say?

mine wont be as intensly washed as the above (WHICH LOOKS FREAKIN' AWESOME BTW!), as i will be washing it in a mild ceramic medium for around 1.5 hours. I will post pics though for sure.

The 0200 is the 2nd knife on my list behind a skyline damascus that someone is holding for me til i get founds........i cant wait to get one

I have a 301 and a 561....give me two reasons to take a look at the 0200. They don't have to be good reasons :).....just tip the scales toward the 0200.
Thanks
TC

Dual 3D machined G10 scales lead to excellent ergos
154CM steel 3.9"
Tipup/down right/left hand carry
Flipper
Just as smooth as the 560
Comes in DLC or stonewashed finishes
Dave's got 'em cheap

Pick whichever 2 you'd like

The 0200 was my first ZT. After looking at the 0560 and hearing everyone rave about it, I bought one expecting it to be even better than my 0200. I'm still carrying my 0200 and sold the 0560. The 0560 is a beautiful knife but like someone said above, the 0200 feels like an extension of my hand. I love it. I was glad to see this thread. I've been thinking about posting a thread about why I don't hear more people talking about the 0200. To anyone considering an 0200, you won't be disappointed.

I ground out the re-curve in my 0200, and it is now the knife i use to judge all other against. What a knife.

We must have two very different 560s in no way shape or form is my 200 as smooth as my brand new 561 or my heavy user 560 am my 200 has gotten the same lube treatment as all of my knives minus the bearing pivots they stay dry

I will admit that my 200 is not nearly as smooth as my 561, but i dont expect it to be at all. It is nothing more than an utterly reliable, overbuilt, beastly tool. I put the finishing touches on our basement yesterday, that we have remodeled since we bought our new home. I did 100% of the wiring yesterday, and used my 200 to cut and strip every bit of the wire that i delt with, as well as drywall cutting, carpet cutting, and any other odd job cutting that needed to be done. Afterwards i made 5 passes on the sharpmaker and it was back to hair popping. It it quite a tool.

I want one to get stonewashed like nevermore, and have orange/black scales instead of the blue. Someone sell me a 0200 for cheap, or trade me lol

I should mention I don't own a 0560. Handled a few at a knifeshop. And yes I can say that the 0200 I owned is as smooth as the 0560s I handled. It was siiiiiiick.

The only thing I like about my 0560 better than my 0200 is the pocket clip. the rest is neck & neck. My 0200 actually has a better fit & finish than my 0560. It's a perfect folder if you like big, heavy ones. Even though it's noticably heavier than the 0560, it feels way more secure in the hand. Best ergos I've ever felt on any folder by far.

The 0200 is one monster of a knife. It reminds me of the old Benchmade AFCK. Since they are relatively cheap, I will likely buy one although I really want a 561 too.
