I will say that the first small shipment has come and gone overseas. We had agreements that needed to be met, thus the first shipment.

The balance of the first run parts cut are in assembly and QC. It won't be long now. The parts we have cut now will not be enough to cover our backorders on these two knives. We will allocate domestically with this balance. Doubt if anyone will get shipped complete right away.

When I saw "overseas" I assumed they were going to the troops not just filling european orders. The European dealers must have some good agreements to get to release an american built knife first. Well anyone who has gotten one enjoy it.

Think this thread has been especially epic, I've really enjoyed it, but that's just me. Way better this thread lives than not, but hey that's just me as well.

The official introduction of this collaboration was Blade 11 (June). In my book 8 months is not that long to come to production with a new piece, but that's just me.

Some of you don't like waiting, discussing, sharing, don't like anticipation and excitement, find foreplay uninteresting, not a problem going forward. You'll have it your way. In the future on that first date it will put out so fast, you won't even get a name.


Satisfying? Not so much, but hey, that's just me.

In a totally non-inflammatory way, can you give us any details on how/why the first shipment went overseas, or is that better not discussed here? Just curious, not trying to start anything.

I don't like to get into detail when it comes to the where's or why's when allocating, especially when there is a product shortage and high demand. Dealers have a tendency to be as bad as the public when it comes to patience.
 
I've touched her and her twin sister. Flipped them both and gave them a thumbs up! She was a great first date and both are worth the wait! :D

I won't even talk about how smooth their cousin the 777 was! Dang! Makes you wanna come back for more!

Well guys I'm holding a fresh new 560 right now. I paid a tad more then most sites are selling for but I have one! I'll upload some shitty cell phone pics when I get to work.
