Are you still using the outside washer on the titanium side with the 3/16 x 3/64 bearings? or loosing the washers all together?

Washer against the titanium and carbon fiber, no washers against the blade.

I did get an 0545 because of the Steel... I do like it but it is a little light for me... In addition to the 0452 here in S35VN I also acquired an 0450CF in Blue with Magnacut... It is just as light and has a better profile for me...

I still like the 0450 better as far as looks, and the 0545 pocket clip just looks tiny and deformed from the womb.

Agreed.

The 0450's Pocket clip, although is not as deep carry is far superior to even it's larger brother.

It's so easy to draw the 0450 out of the pocket by latching your fingertip onto the screws. Here is mine, (formatted so one can scroll through multiple pics without using up all the space in this thread).
