Maybe you should look at muliti tools. They come with a saw blade and a knife too. Small and easy to carry.

i would but there so expensive and isnt it alot of work to get a sapling down with a saw from like a SAk

Friend, I'm conviced the knife you're looking for just doesn't exist. Especially not in your price range. Why do you consider spending the first $10 on a decent saw. Here's one:

And the next thirty on a decent camp knife for your other required jobs. I think that is probably the best thing to do.
Heck, you should probably consider spending the rest at a Walmart in the kitchen department, and get yourself a decent kitchen knife for all around work.

OK, Hippy, I've got the answer for you.

Get a $10 dollar Opinel, and with the money you save, buy a Wetterling or Gransfors Bruks hatchet.

My Hippy uncle loved his wooden-handled Opinel. I think they are great, too. And I'd buy another, if I could find one here in Fresno.
