Profile blade
If not using pg steel Surface for Parallel
Sand and Buff pivots to final dimensions
Drill Pivot tang pin hole/s slightly undersized
Ream for Pivots
Counter bore for bearing cages
HT
Clean up face
Clean pivot holes Final ream
Grind
Finish grind
Install tang pins
Drill/Fit handles Latch
Dry fit
Adjust back-spacer, washers, tang pin divots on handles for latch...
Assemble
Embellish
