Newb looking for Mnandi alternative

The AB shits all over the mnandi, in my experience. But its much larger. If you can stand a slipjoint, the rinkhals is a fine knife.

I've got the Mnandi and Rinkhals. I just don't like the Arno Bernard design, especially the blades. Both the Rinkhals and iMamba just don't look good to me. The Mnandi however is a perfect designed gentleman's folder, visually. I guess it's just one of those "taste will vary" type of things. I won't be buying another AB unless they change things up a lot in blade design.

Let's keep the language family friendly in this sub-forum. Thank you. Make your points, but don't make them offensive to others.
My fault, and my apologies. Point/opinion stands, language was inappropriate and for that im sorry.

Yup. Gonna be a taste thing, as i couldnt disagree more. I found the mnandi to be a terrible knife in hand and in pocket. But, were lucky there are so many great options!

You've made your screen name linked to Chris Reeve Knives, but take almost every chance you can to take pot shots at them. Just genuinely curious, what's your beef with them?
This may shock you, but my initials are crk. Chris reeve certainly doesnt own the initials crk, and its the height of ignorance to assume thats my screen names link. And (surprise surprise.. my birth year is 1984). I have 5 reeve knives (bought when i was newer to knives and bought into forum hype vs. Trying for myself), so im not sure why you think i have a beef with them. They are a shockingly average knife in use, and the build, customer service, and company are outclassed by AB, in my experiences.

I am a big fan of William Henry. Small sebenza for size comparison. Thin, light, glass smooth and tip top quality! There are some autos out there as well. One on eBay currently, called the Spryte.

We are indeed and there are indeed, not just for varying taste, but for a collection full of variety too!!!

Not sure I'd classify it as the height of ignorance. It's a screen name without access to your real name. It's a likely assumption to make that that letter and number combination is related to arguably obesity of the most well known makers in the hobby. How should I have known otherwise?

Most of your posts I've seen in relation to Chris Reeve Knives have been framed negatively, with statements from them being somewhere between "meh" and awful. I wasn't sure if there was some other issue there.

I have recently become a fan of Arno Bernard and own two iMambas I snagged at Blade this year. I'm sure I will own more. Especially if they ever make lefties (which is part of my great love for Chris Reeve Knives.)
