Newb steel question

I have a couple of EDC's, the C10 and C11. These are a couple years old and have been good property. I have seen the new improved version with the VG10 blades and was wondering how much better they are than the AUS-6. I like the new blade profile, the jimping sounds good, and being a lefty the 4 way clip is cool......do I really need any more reasons to buy new EDC's?:D Convince me!
 
With VG10 you will get much better edge retention. IMHO it is one of the best cutlery steels on the market.

It's one of my favorite SS for folders. Tough, easy to sharpen, gets incredibly sharp even at 20 dps.

You'll get a 4-way clip, a stronger point, and nested steel liners to add some rigidity. You can get them in a couple of different colors, you can get them waved if you want, and you can get them with ZP189 blades.

The D4/E4s also come with all screw construction, PB washers, and an adjustable pivot, but those things may not make any difference to you.
