To answer your questions.

I think INFI is great. It fulfills the needs of pro users. As far as investment. The more exotic models (especially swords) evaluate quite well, probably 100% in the first 3 to 5 years (only the real special stuff).
I am not specifically hooked on any one thing. What I like is the steel, the handles and the blade design which is, I may add, the veritable synthesis of what a knife is. So I guess you could say I love everything about them. I don't like ridges and I don't like coated blades but it's an easy job to strip them. Interesting fact: Busses are the only collectable knives that the collectors actually use, abuse and re-profile and that don't lose market value because of that. Used Busses retain value equally to pristine Busses. The fact that they come without sheaths is a PITA. Maybe it adds a bit of mystique. Busses are indiosyncratic but entirely lovable. My two sense! I am answering generically not specifically to your collection.
