Newby from Utah

Just watched an episode of "How It's Made" that featured a segment on the manufacture of Laguiole En Aubrac knives. Now I want one of them. Why, oh why do I always need another knife?

I’ll see if I can find that episode. I think I want to go there to buy one. Do the tour etc. There are a few other higher end manufacturers of the Laguiole style around there. Including a knife maker nearby that offers a workshop to make your own laguiole knife. I know my creation would suck, but it would still be cool.

Yes. I have developed a taste for ZT. Or maybe a sickness . Last count, I have 16 of them. I’m going to stop. Just need one more...

If you must be addicted to any specific knife company, ZT is a good way to go.
