After 4 years of ordering about 50 knives a year online I JUST NOW ordered from New Graham for the first and second times this week. I wanted a Rainbow SpyderFly (NOW-Gotta-have-it!) and New Graham was one of the few places that carried it and their price was right so I tried them.
I was having some trouble with their shopping cart, so I emailed Michael Dye. He actually fixed it and emailed me back.
So, I placed my order and chose the 2-day shipping. And guess what? It arrived it two days! (You don't know how many times I've chosen expedited shipping with an online dealer only to have them sit on my order for a day or two before shipping it.)
Later in the week, I got an itch for a Benchmade Balisong, some Militec and sackups (NOW-Gotta-have-it!) so guess who I ordered it from? Again, 2-day shipping paid for - 2-day shipping received. Like how that goes? I do.
Two of my biggest pet peeves I have with online dealers they got right right off the bat:
1. Answering emails.
2. Processing orders fast.
They make ahellofa first impression. I'm checking their site first from now on.
