Newer SOGs g10 has a white like hue ??

Hi, anyone notice that the newer SOGs ie: terminus, pentagon, TAC with g10 scales develop a white like appearance after handing? I know, probably another stupid question. Thanks.

The outermost layer of G10 can dry out, resulting in a whitish color. Oiling it with something such as mineral oil will restore the color.
