It's cool looking, and seems to be geared toward tactical with a focus on thrusting. So the main thing that jumped out at me was the beveled thumb ramp and jimping, which would increase the force felt by the thumb in a thrust. Flat or radiused thumb ramp would allow thrust without thumb pain. Thrust hard with it as is, though, and it's going to hurt. That and if it were for tactical use, I would want to give the blade thinner geometry so it can cut as well, given that proper mechanical cutting is more effective at stopping an assailant, but that's getting into Prac Tac talk (where the subject of stabbing vs cutting has been discussed ad nauseam).
