Newest Leek project.

Thanks, I think it's pretty cool! Looks like I'll be doing one for my buddy in the next few days, and my wife really likes it too. Might replace the red smoke/CB Leek she's been using as her light EDC.
 
Personally, I liked it better before you did the blade. I darkened the D2 in my CB Leek with Vinegar.

I really like the handle.
 
I did the whole darkening the blade with vinegar and it has the same effect pending on the angle. Pics never do a project like this justice, your piece is definitely one of a kind
 
Does it give any extra texture/grip to the handle. My cb leek can be pretty slick on hot sweaty days.
 
Was this done with PCB acid, or something else? I want to do one of my leeks like this, but I don't know what acid to use. (I had some phosphoric acid, but it didn't touch the blade in 20 minutes, so I took it out. )

Gorgeous handle job. Even better is the blue tinge from the light on it. Makes it look lightly anodized.

Great job with the handles. What was the medium for the stone wash and what method of tumbling did you use?
