Hi guys. Enclosed is a photograph of two knives that I completed earlier this week. These are my 4th and 5th completed knives.

Both knives are 5/32 1095. I thought I would give 1095 a try, and see what kind of temper lines I could get. The results were way better than I expected. The underlay is ray skin with epoxy impregnated lace on top. The blade with the fusha ray skin has been "antiqued" using vinegar. While it appears to be flat ground, it's actually a full hollow grind.

These came out nice, and I'm fairly pleased. What do you guys think? Constructive criticism welcome and greatly appreciated! (The images are zoomable.)

Cool hammons, I never did get real good results with 1095, maybe if I experimented with it some more. Love the handles and quench lines.

Very nice work.
