News on Mystery Grab Bags?

Could the grab bags be full of the cancelled O2W orders of overextended hogs?

There could be anything in there!
It could be a bowling alley. You know, a guy on Terre Haute won a bowling alley.

That's what i have been assuming. I think if it is cancelled orders, then we would have even longer to wait (to actually make all the blades offered until now), so if it ends up being Blade Show leftovers, we could be in for some items sooner.

Maybe a mix of both, maybe neither. I'm excited though.

Do you think there's a chance that some Competition Finish TGLB's could find there way into some Mystery Grab Bags?

Could be anything but I don't think Jerry is interested in releasing new competition finish knives. I wouldn't get your hopes up on something like that, but who knows..

I wasn't thinking of NEW CF blades...I was thinking more of CF TGLB's that had been returned because of "buyers' remorse" by the uninitiated zombie nerds who were expecting museum grade mirror polished INFI ...

That is the reason why CF is no longer an option, too many CF TGLB's returned, right?

I might go light a candle or something, and hope that Mystery Bags will be filled with Left overs from Blade show, that would be Sweeet, The Opening of the Mystery Bag day, is got to be in my top 3 most looked forward to day this year.

I heard they were going to be filled with $400 worth of potatoes and a cultie for peeling.

How long does it usually take for Busse to send out their items? Been around 2 months already but still no updates

Operation 2 Weeks is something new for Busse, so "usually" hasn't really been established yet. The O2WShipping Info thread will at least give you an idea of when things start to get billed and start to ship. But it can still be a few to several weeks between the time things start to ship and the time everyone gets theirs.

Up to 20 weeks. Latly about 20 weeks give of take a few my AK took 22 to get to my door I think

I think we passed a 20 week average a month or so ago. And that's for when they start hitting credit cards. On all mine, it's been a bit over 2 weeks between the ding on the credit card and the time the Man in Brown rings the door bell.

I got my HR and BATAC Monday. They were ordered the week of November 18, so it was about 26 weeks on those. I got the AMS BGs that I'd ordered two weeks before that on Tuesday. Some wait times have been shorter (and some much shorter), but those are my most recent deliveries.

Things from the middle of December haven't started shipping yet, and the Mystery Grab Bags were from the middle of March. The line could start moving faster (who knows how the Blade haitus will affect things?), and the order things were offered is only a general guide to the order they're delivered, and mystery grab bags are different from other knife runs because they could contain anything. But with all those caveats, I'd guess another three months.
