Newt Livesay

I've wanted a Livesay Woo for some time now. So, despite the GBU threads, I decided to order a couple of Woos. I am pleased that I did.

I started with a look at his forum. He had a list of knives available. I emailed and found out that cord wrapped Woos were still ready to be sent. As these were exactly what I was looking for, I placed my order with him.

After a week or so, a confirmation of my order was emailed with a mailing date. A short while after that, a hard copy of the PayPal was mailed to me.

Today, I picked up my knives.

They came well packed. The knives were sharp and covered with some coating that easily washed off. The sheaths are simple and hold the knife snug.

I am most pleased with my order.

I would order from him again without hesitation.

I just ordered 3 neck knives(Woo and two NGRs) from Newt today. I can't wait to get them. I'm already thinking about ordering a couple more. I'll be sure to post an update with a couple of pictures when I get them.

Package with all three knives(Woo, NGRS and NGR fiber neck knives) arrived from Newt on April 8th. Had great communication with his company during the entire process. I even got an email from him inquiring if I was satisfied. Total elapsed time from order date to delivery date was only 10 days.

I know that there have been several guys who have had problems with Newt in the past, but this was one smooth transaction. If there is anyone out there who has been putting off placing an order with him, I'd say go ahead and get things ordered. I would however ask him if the knives I'm ordering were in stock and when they would be shipped. His knives are of excellent quality and I think his neck knives are dollar for dollar one of the best values out there.
