Hi. I've tried placing am email order 4 times from Newt's site with no results. I tried both email addresses (Newt@Livesay.com
livesayn@tcac.net) I have recieved no reply, no conformation, nor has my cc been billed. Anyone have any suggestions on how to order from him?

By far the easiest way is just to call him! The service is quick and friendly....you just give your name address and CC number and your done....Immediate confirmation and they give you a projected lead time.

He used to be good about responding to emails but not any longer. I've had the same problem and I gave up sending him email. Do call - you can reach him that way. Another way is to post a message on his forum. He responds quickly to that. Unfortunately, I don't have the URL.

I'm in the same boat w/ Lee. I ordered two Ti Buggers and an SOP and wrote them about the order. The WKC staff replied about a week later saying that my Ti Buggers would be shipped no later than the 10th. They're not here. They were back ordered on the SOP about a month, though, and so I wrote back a week ago b/c I was thinking that they may be waiting for the SOP to send the Ti Buggers, that, and my cc wasn't billed yet either. If Jeff Randall was around, he might give some insight, b/c I think he has maintained constant contact w/ Newt over the past months. I'm sure that when (if?) I get my knives, though, I won't be disappointed.

Apparently Newt's computer crashed and the mother board needed to be replaced. Anyway the following is a message from his forum.
