I must say that this knife is one hell of a knife. The only thing I have a problem with is the kydex sheath. It is so tight it take a lot to get it out of the knife and a good shove to get it back in. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

he likely knows how to use it.

I believe you can heat it up a little, perhaps with a good hair dryer. That should enable you to loosen it up. Mine is the same way. I think it is made that way for extra security. Like if you are jumping out of a plane, etc.

I did have to heat mine up with a lighter like Jeff Randall suggested, but be careful you don't catch it on fire like I did. It worked out though, I just trimmed about a 1/4" off the top after I opened it up a bit, and sanded it. You could never tell I altered it. Works much better now. The knife is great but if I was going to carry it on a daily basis I would probably have a leather sheath made for it. This is my first Kydex sheath so I haven't much exposure to it.
