Next hobby?

Revolving hobbies for me,no wife & kids, motorcycles, guitars and knives. :D

A hobby can be much more than buying or collecting things.

Sure, I have a pocket knife collection and enjoy a few flashlights. But, I also enjoy activities like metal detecting, bicycling, walking, woodworking, ham/shortwave/scanner monitoring, electronics tinkering, and even solving crossword puzzles.

Some one listed horses; they are a great way to spend money!
All the things that go with it
bits
bridles
saddles
feed
land
farriers
vets

I went from guns ("prebans") to flashlights (Surefire) to knives. I think I'll now concentrate on finding a wife!

Of course, you realize that from that point on, you'll be stuck collecting window treatments, home appliances, and worst of all, children.

Simply collecting something is an endless race. Try to find a hobby that involves building cool stuff. Furniture making, knife making, boat building, etc.

I'm also into hi fi. I built some kickass speakers and love looking for good used vinyl records. When you're buying used classic hi fi equipment and building the rest, you can get really into this stuff. Check out audioasylum.com, madisound.com and audiocircle.com.
