Based on the feedback that Amazon has the best margin for the writers and prints on demand (familiar with this system since they do the same for my dad's book), I ordered the book from Amazon on April 19th. It looks like it still hasn't printed or shipped, so it might be worth you guys reaching out to Amazon to make sure they don't have something messed up on their end preventing your customers from getting their books.

I don't mind waiting, but I figured you should know about the delays.

Thanks for the heads up, didn't know things were back to a mess again. Forwarded some stuff to the publisher for the 100th time...

I will have about 60 copies in person at Blade Show.
 
Sorry Jason, my impatience got the better of me and I ordered from your site. >.<

I put my order in on Amazon on the 15th and they still didn't have an estimated ship time available today. :(
