When's the next production run going to be on the howlingrat LM

Good luck getting an answer to that question - they do runs whenever they do runs, and you just have to accept it. It's quite possible there will be NO production run of the howling rat any time soon, if ever.

Best bet is to watch the Busse/Swamp Rat/Scrap Yard knives for sale forum and buy one second hand.

My guess would be never -- I've been waiting quite a while for a Bandicoot LM release. Prototype design pictures were shown, but then nothing. We had Swamp Wardens, HCs, M9LEs, now Wakis (plus hints of a Waki add-on), but still no Bandicoot LMs. Unless there's a big military order, I really don't think they'll put the HRLM back into production.

I am not aware of SRKW ever doing two separate runs of the same knife. So, unless they are going to change their MO, I too will say that you will never see another run of them.
