As others have noted, the Military is a must have. No comparison whatsoever to the Tenacious . I have a couple of Benchmades - 710 and 940 - and they cannot compare (in my opinion only) to the Military. Big, light, FFG, disappears in the pocket, great slicer, etc. Alot of folks compare it to the Para - they are really two different knives. Nothing wrong with the S30 model, but the carbon fiber sprints seem to magnify the excellant qualities of this knife.

As someone who just purchased his first Spydie, also a Tenacious, this thread is immensely helpful, although it is likely to be tough on my wallet. Thanks to the OP for getting this one started....I think....

Millie is a good next step. Then I would say safe 1 or 2...and somewhere in there should fit a Delica...gotta have a Delica lying around.

I just ordered me a centofante 3 as my first Spyderco blade. I'm thinking id like to try one of their bigger folders as well, not sure which one. The Centofante will mainly be edc at home when I'm not working in the garage or yard.

Been checking out the Benchmade 710 and 940 as, not sure which Spydercos those would be the equals of?

I also recommend looking at a Taichung Spyderco. I have a GB, Domino and Sage 1 and the quality of them is magnificent.
Also, you sooo need a Military.

For the time being I went and bought a ZT0561 until I can decide on which Spyder is next. Keep the suggestions coming!
